Giraffe
Giraffa camelopardalis
Giraffes are the tallest living land animals and the largest ruminants on Earth. They are known for their long necks and legs that allow them to reach high in trees for food. Giraffes are also known for their spotted coats, long tongues and ossicones. They also engage in behaviour called "necking". Giraffes are found in the savannahs of Africa.
