Gorilla is the largest of the great apes, inhabiting the tropical forests of equatorial Africa. They are powerful, terrestrial animals with broad chests and shoulders. Gorillas are primarily black, and their long arms are longer than their stocky legs. They lack hair on their faces, hands and feet. Gorillas share 98% DNA with humans.
