Leopards are a large, powerful cat species known for their spotted coat, stealth and adaptability. Their coat vary in colour from tawny to reddish orange with dark rosette spots. Leopards are skilled, solitary hunters and are adept at climbing trees to either escape danger or store their prey. They are found across Africa and Asia.
